The concepts of manager, leader and servant are initially explored.
Through a process of small break outs, managers discuss the mantra of catching employees doing something specific right each week, getting the employees the tools they need from their perspective, and giving employees a chance to shine.
After the session employees will be able to take specific actions within their teams, applying what they have learned during the session.
