Two Day CPE for the North Carolina Association of CPAs

This is two full days of interactive, high energy, CPE.  The first day of CPE is focused on business appraisers and will provide Practioner’s with practical take away information regarding the IRS focusing on Discount for Lack of Marketability (DLOM), reasonable compensation, valuing non-controlling interests in S-corps, and how the IRS evaluates business valuation reports.  The second day of CPE is for all CPAs and addresses resolving conflict and negotiating winning solutions focusing on neuroscience and conflict resolution, communication diversity and perspective, effective strategies to avoid and what to do if audited by the IRS, and federal tax litigation and expert witnesses.
