Mike interactively leads the participants through a process of discovering where they fit into the workplace and how they interact. He then presents common attributes of the diverse population so that participants can better understand differences and enhance ability to communicate. Following this discovery process, a fast paced "bumper sticker" commentary of top priority topics the workshop steering committee identified from Mike's book (The Servant Manager: 203 tips from the best places to work in America) is presented. This session is fun and a lively way to introduce the topic.
