In this session Michael Gregory introduces the topic with a fun exercise that helps participants explore differences and the need for differences in the work place. After exploring this process, a series of tips with discussions and ways you can interactively work with your teams on these issues are presented. Exercises on listening, discussing race equality, and other topics really bring these topics home to participants. Diversity is not an add on topic, but needs to be part of our culture. It begins with the hiring process and extends throughout ones career. It is the key to hiring, training and retaining the best employees. The three keys to managerial success are emphasized throughout the session.
