Employee Development: Where and When Does it Start and from the Perspective of the Employee and Employer

In this session Mike facilitates a discussion for the American Society for Training and Development - Twin Cities chapter Organizational and Career Development Special Industry Group.  After setting the stage the discussion centers on what are the expectations of the employee followed by a discussion on what are the expectations by the employer of the new employee.  Following this initial discussion the focus changes to what if expecations are not met.  As time allows up to four ethical questions are presented to allow participants to further explore these types of complications.
