Today’s session will focus on the processes of de-escalation, communication, conversation, listening, discussion and negotiation. Applying the most current understanding from neuroscience, participants will leave with tools to help them and others de-escalate, enhance their listening skills and become better negotiators. Participants will learn how to overcome the two stinky twins of BO and BS and discover how to raise uncomfortable issues without putting off clients. Proven techniques will be presented to help you enhance your negotiation skills. Finally, you will learn the 10 step formula for winning solutions that save you money, reduce stress and salvage relationships. All attendees will receive a pocket guide as reference for the future to help you resolve conflict.
