We lose our tempers. We work with those that lose their tempers. How can we maintain ours and help others maintain theirs through a process of de-escalation when involved with a negotiation? Besides the PPT presentation I offer two handouts regarding key points from neuroscience related to de-escalation and negotiation. Having used these techniques I have saved my clients tens of millions of dollars. I spent two years researching this topic and with over 30 years in the field with over 2,000 mediations and negotiations. I want to share what I have learned to help you.
