International Valuation, Transfer Pricing and the IRS

In this session Mike Gregory shares insights on how to work with the IRS on international valuation and transfer pricing issues.  With the IRS reorganization of the Large Business and International Division (LB&I) in 2016 the IRS has launched nine campaigns. Four campaigns are geographical in nature and five addresses technical areas with three focused on international issues.  Mike shares insights on international valuation standards, the cost of capital, transfer pricing, intercompany pricing, various transfer pricing models and other insights to educate participants on what to expect when working on these issues with the IRS.
