This highly interactive session is broken up into three sections addressing current insights from neuroscience as applied to delegation and diversity. Each section will start with a brief power point presentation followed by an interactive activity by participants with a critique of the process. This high energy interactive session will provide participants with practical commentary to help them in their current activities.
